Send an email to our help desk to open a service request.
Support Portal (Preferred)
Use the Connected Right Support Portal to open a service request.
Call our main number and select the option for technical support for extremely urgent issues.
Once a service request is in our helpdesk tracking system, all tech time is logged and our customers are updated via email throughout the course of our techs working on the issue. Customers can also manage their tickets through our customer support portal.
