The Results PROACTIVE plan is a hybrid plan that provides a comprehensive proactive management of your computer systems, cloud backups, email and endpoint security services and system monitoring but with no included end-user technical support. Proactive management of the computer systems, including software patch and security maintenance, in depth monitoring, cloud backups and correction of some issues on servers is included. Our Results PROACTIVE plan also includes an annual network security audit that tests your network connected devices for vulnerabilities.
Our Results PROACTIVE rate is $125/hour for additional technical support labor and is charged in 15 minute increments for remote support. Onsite support is charged at the same rate but has a 1 hour minimum stipulation. Our Results PROACTIVE customers within our base coverage area enjoy onsite support without a trip charge. If your location is 45 to 90 miles away from our office, a minimum charge of two labor hours will be assessed plus a $65 trip charge. For customer locations that are beyond the 90 miles range, onsite support can be provided at a daily rate of $1,100 plus expenses.
