How do I get started with Connected Right??

We will need to schedule a phone call with you to inquire about your business and your needs to make sure we are a good fit. If we determine we can be of help to you, we would schedule a follow-up site visit to perfom a network assessment so we can provide you with a quote for IT services.

How do your contracts work?

We offer both month-to-month and annual contracts to our customers.

Where do I find your contract??

Our master services agreement can be found in the link at the bottom of our website labeled ``Master Services Agreement``.

Can I get help if I don't have a contract??

For legal and insurance reasons, we require all customers to have a written contract.

How much do your services cost??

Our pricing is customized per customer based on our assessment.

Do you provide 24/7 support??

At this time, we do not offer 24/7 support. We have office hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm M-F with pre-scheduled after hours appointments available if necessary.

Do you offer software development services??

We do not offer software development services directly, but we can refer you to development firms that should be able to assist you with your needs.

I see your services are bundled? Can I split up the packages to reduce cost??

Our services are bundled to provide the best protections and support to you. We believe there are no extraneous services in our packages and as such do not allow splitting our bundles.
